Polar reversed phase HPLC Column

Originally developed sorbent allows efficient resolution of analytes with a broad range of polarities, from apolar compounds like polyaromatic hydrocarbons to polar ones, such as benzodiazepines and profenes. The sorbent features a distinct polar terminal head added to the end of a lipophilic alkyl chain typically used in reversed phases. This polar head offers various interactions such as hydrogen bonding, p-p-, and steric interactions, which significantly enhances the selectivity range.

Multimodal HPLC Column

A collaborative effort between researchers at UCT Prague and the University of Vienna resulted in the creation of an original sorbent designed for the separation and purification of neurotransmitters. This sorbent is also incredibly effective at separating amines, amides, or zwitterionic species under HILIC mode, polar organic mode conditions, and supercritical fluid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. Generic Chiral HPLC Column

Our company is proud to offer the Galo ION-QN chiral ion exchanger, which is capable of efficiently separating enantiomers of acidic compounds (Commercially available as Chiralpak QN-AX from CTE Europe). This product is now available in high quality and at a reasonable price at our company! To create our chiral sorbent, we use 3mm fully porous spherical silica particles, which provide greater efficiency than the original product. Additionally, our Galo-ION-QN-200 is recommended for biological applications due to its larger pore size, which improves the efficiency of the separation process for larger molecules.
